Unexpected Crash Occured

Continuously keep crashing to this error while trying to get through The Drowned City map, when i relog all map progress, experience and loot in my inventory is gone. Keeps deleting all my progress. playing Druid Bear on controller.

im having this same issue its bullshit over and over again for an hour and a half

After looking up information all day, i found that if your using the Spirit Gem Barkskin it seems to be causing this bug. After taking it off i managed to get past the maps in Act 3 thus far without issue.
Avoid Using Barkskin until it gets fixed.
