Melee start still not fixed (weak)

Was hoping this would be resolved by now.

Range start not just doesn't get hit as much but also feels like has more damage and more aoe.

Because of the time it takes to take down enemies, melee suffers a lot.
They need either, straight up flat damage reduction (30%-40%) up until XY level (10-20 level whatever is fitting). Or kill faster ergo bigger damage.
