Disciple of Varashta Djinn Command Spells not having spell damage scaling.

I wish the Djinn command spells had spell damage scaling, was planning on doing a Naviras Fracturing build but just saw that it has no spell damage scaling. The base dmg is insane so its prolly good early to mid mapping but will fall off late. Would be cool if it only had spell scaling or an option to choose somehow.
