Wolf skills on dreadnaught zone Bugged

Shred is not spawning ice crystals and pounce is not marking in dreadnaught zone. Can't summon wolves could break a minion wolf build early in the game. Gaining rage just fine off of shred hitting though so the supports work just not the skill gem themselves.
