Entangle / Volcano against Eternal Knight

You practically give him a minigun that you cannot undo if you put these skill near them and the damage is not corelated to the damage they block cuz I sure as I can be that green skull did NOT do 1 damage like my vines supposed to do.
I can understand Volcano but Entangle? Why not make it the same as Toxic Rain from PoE1?

This enemy has always been pretty busted and they haven't done anything about it for several leagues now. It's not really a fun design to play against when it has these incredibly high resistances and other things like reviving minions
