Druid transformation crashing game.

Any time I try to transform from a bear into a human to do literally anything my game crashes and rolls me back a save, this didn’t start happening until i tried to do jiquanis fortress and temple of chaos.

Same thing is happening to me on ps5 also, for jiquani's I had to make a new zone and just run as a human to find the soul cores and plant them the spots, if i transformed i would DC as soon as I tried shape shifting back to human form, I'm at the water ways and its the same with the levers, druid is completely unplayable rn

I found out my problem was having barkskin equipped and only activated for 1 weapon set breaks the game if you transform while having any barkskin up, my fix was just activating it on both weapon sets and it stopped crashing.
