Incomplete Patch Notes?

Can we get an actual full report on the patch notes of ALL the changes that have been done?
I just saw Eldritch Empowerment neferd from 30% to 5% more damage? Seriously? Also some other stuff people has been calling in different streams, i cant remember by the top of my head but the one I mentioned is not an isoleted case it seems. Dec 12, 2025 4:57 PM (CST) - We're aware of an issue where Lich's Eldritch Empowerment node is displaying the amount of life sacrificed as if it was the amount of damage granted when sacrificing life.
