First Temple Alchemy bench

I found my first alchemy bench and it said it would "UPGRADE" my blue item to a yellow item. My blue gloves had +1 melee skills. Upgrading it sounded great! It did not upgrade my item! It rerolled the stat on the item and replaced it! Fix the tooltips!
