Performance Downgrade

On December 11th prior to the Druid update I was running T15s smooth - On December 12th (today) After making a druid and playing a bit I would get texture quality drop where the background and general graphics were grey and low quality with things taking a long time to render - I verified issues were worse on my old Amazon I couldn't perform T15s with the fps rendering and graphics issues - I did some settings changes to downgrade my natural performance and it helped and was running not optimal but none the less- Now at 6.50pm Mountain Time as of making this post I can not log into the game via launching through steam although the site says servers should be back up in 10 minutes its been well over 30 - Does anyone know what to expect here for performance in the new season? Genuinely loving the druid mechanics btw! -
