Micro Stuttering Ryzen 7 9800x3d RX 9070xt

So I've been getting micro stutters on windows and it doesn't matter which driver I use. On Arch Linux I don't have any issues with stuttering but sadly my razer key binds for my mouse doesn't work on Linux so I try to game on windows.
Is there a fix for micro stutters? I tried deleting user files in local/roaming but nothing seems to really help. The game is on a really fast m.2 drive and I've cleared the cache files. Last bumped on Dec 13, 2025, 10:37:30 PM

Go to your 3d settings and make sure your cache size is set to 100+gb, likely texture cache is full.

dont do all that useless crap dude. turn your freesync on on your monitor. all will be well.

I tried earlier today for an hour or so, found it unplayable. 30FPS on this insane build should never happen. Setting the game to full screen instead of a borderless window actually fixed it for 10 minutes where it ran smoothly, but then I had a loading screen and the issue returned. And now I can't log in because of the "excessive load time". Been stuck on the loading screen for 5 minutes now :D.

Same… Same setup and everything. Running at 180+ FPS. My PC runs every game with no issues. No issues before this patch as well… Tried rolling back drivers, clearing cache, all of it. Nothing is working. Bums me out. It got worse after their service maintenance as well. Whatever they did to give users more FPS totally bugged this game out on my type of setup.
