Pets are bugged inside hideout. Not doing their animations or making sounds

Pets inside hideout are bugged and not carrying out idle animations. They just walk back and forth. No sounds either.

I tested all hideouts and same issue (I am in Dreadnought mainly).
I removed them and replaced them.
I validated that they are working correctly in POE1.
They do their sounds and animations in town and when accompanying me only.
I reinstalled the game prior to the patch.

I did have this issue last league and no fix seemed to help it.
