can we please get back the ability to look at buffs/debuffs while the game is paused?

title says it all, this was such a good feature and it seems to not work anymore

Ah, I knew something had changed. I tried to pause to check which debuff the King of the Mists put on me and I couldn't.
Honestly, the fight itself is dumb as is because there's no clean way for new players to find which debuff means what right now. |

I was able to do it with a controller on PC. If the game ever comes back up I will try m+kb.
