Shred doesn't build combo

Just tried using Shred to build combo for tempest bell as it's a melee attack with the wolfs claws and the skill has the tag of melee, (pointy hallow palm) but the combo isn't being added

Not sure if intended or bug so posted just in case

cannot build combo for a different weapon, you lose all combo on weapon swap.

Ah makes sense damn was hoping to do a hybrid monk and wolf this is a shame XD
