Coming Calamity Armor not Working

Hi.

I'm using the Coming Calamity Heroic Armor on standard and it just simply says "You cannot use this item. It's stats will be ignored." I have 3x the strength requirements and 4x the dexterity requirements.

I recall from the patch notes that there is a new implicit on new drops of the armor but I can't figure out whats going on and how to fix it.

Anyone experience the same or have suggestions?

I see. This may be related indeed. My armor had three of the Atmohua's Soul Core of Retreat which is now Limited to 1. Going off of that I'm now trying to replace two of the soul cores with other things but I can't replace them either. There's a sound effect that plays when trying to socket something but it doesn't swap the retreat cores out.

Heh. Restarted the game, soul cores swapped right out, armor works again.
