Why so bad start and no content ahead

Why don`t you allow to start download new content before less then a hour ?
Why not to start deliver new data in a week or so part-by-part ? You could start this process in days already, but NOT... Steam version was available about 1 1/2 hours before start.

Yup, should be 24h predownload before patch so all people can start, not only ones with 1gb fibers. Not everyone has that you know? Im still downloading the patch, will take 3 more hours...

The update for me has not yet started.

I downloaded Content.ggpk from torrent file - it did not help
