Can Werewolf bite?

I'm quite serious about this, btw.

the wyvern devour skill is a finisher |

What a strange hill to die on. I mean sure, don't play it if it can't bite. But I struggle to see why it's absolutely needed to be able to... bite thing as a Werewolf.
