Talisman balance: be good please ( and not as abysmal as it's on the druid announcement page)

The showcased Talismans on the druid announcement page have worse base stats than spears of the same level (while using both hands).

On top of that all their skills then show abysmally low damage for their level.

A lot of new players might be trying out the druid on the free weekend, so please:
Do make the druid enjoyable to play (instead of just a slow warrior/sorceress).
