T16 probability is horrendous

The odds on corrupting T15 to T16 is absolutely HORRENDOUS.

I'm a long time HCSSF player and i feel like you really don't want players to reach level 100.

I just crafted 100 maps to rare, instilled them, corrupted them, and got rewarded with 13 x T16.
So i guess the probability is around 10%....

it looks like PoE2 level 97 to 98 takes 2 times the PoE1 99 to 100... and making T16 that rare really doesn't help.

Currently 97, I can't imagine the penalty on 98 and 99 but you should seriously reconsider the experience on the last levels, sure it has to be hard and long but actually it makes no sense in my opinion.

You should at least give us another way to get some T16....
