GGG please give minion builds more freedom

Chober Chaber........i dont know why this has to be an fucking mace...

can you please give us back "increases and reductions to minion damage also affect you"
and just balance it

or give us hybrid nodes like "10% increased minion damage 10% increased damage"
and give us an keynode with, i dont know mabye "x% more minion damage and you deal x% less damage" ?

i dont care what you do but please give us the freedom to do some damge and play minions as support or 50/50 damage and not only 1 way like it is now.... minions do all the damage and we support them or we do the damage and they are useless.

unreasonable for me to limit the diversity potential of Minion builds.
i understand why you dont want 1 big node that is OP and every one takes it.
but then just dont make it like that.

also unreasonable for me are sceptres. you give us the opportunity to wield it in both hands, but the wands are useless for us.

infernalist have bringer of flame and you could use it with minions if it wouldnt be kinda useless because minion+ignite=zero damage.
(maybe only my opinion).

combo skill unearth(minion)+contagion but only one does damage ?

i dont know, am i the only one that it feels unfinished or stupid ?

you can clearly see that the wolves deal zero damage.
the damage dealt number is 2418 and the wolves are attacking and non of them dealt damage.
the same goes for the passive tree.
there is no single minion node at the start, but the wolves obviously skale with minion damage and have the minion tag.

so again you do damage "or" the minions. i dont get it rly.

Wasn't minions fantasy to deal damage with minions and not the player character?

Puppet master, right?

Here you want a system that's been added for Companions.
Perhaps something more creative would be more suitable?
Copy-paste systems across different mechanics in-game sounds boring.

Also, pretty premature to rant about new minions without access to the content, don't you think?
Perhaps wolfpack is more of a supporting role to the Alpha Wolf (player)?
Or perhaps you can build both ways - supporting pack or damaging pack.
We don't know that yet.

i get what you mean with companions, but no.

they design sceptres , unearth and now wolf-form for hybrid style.

you have chober chaber for mace-skills , so you can play like the warior while your minions and you would do damage. but not the wolf-form? designed for it ?!

companions are not bad but not the same as having a pack of minions help you.
they are more like golems to me, they just buff you and block a little.
in poe 1 you have so many options to deal damage yourself while also the minions deal damage.
one of it is Absolution.

there is no reason why you shouldnt have the option to play like it.

it is a personal preference what you want to play, but right now there are hybrid designed option like the werewolf. and the wolves are meaningless ? kinda stupid.
