Fix EU servers #2. These are apparently still bad.

EDIT: This is a Feedback thread, it was (IMO inappropriately) moved to 'Technical Support'.

Unfortunately apparently these problems still persist.

Just now I had a disconnect with rollback. From my Hideout. All the hard work done in my Hideout was lost. This is 100% GGG side problem. No pointing at connection issues or clients or some such. Server was 'Milan' if that matters. (I just switched to another one as I couldnt even login to 'Milan' afterwards.)
No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

New (was, no more) repeatable apparently error. Couldnt open new map. Something about "activation failed". Couldnt copy exact text cause it disconnected afterwards. At least the "activation failed" part is on GGG side also with no leeway for connection/client cause.

Edit: "Unable to connect to achievement server." is what Im getting now. No idea if that is from server or client...

Edit 2: Instance crashed shortly after. With Portals gone so server failure again, not client/connection issue.

And the interesting thing: I have lagspikes on all other servers that I tried, only Milan not. Other servers however dont suffer the server failures above apparently. Maybe this is just coincidence. Or (the following is pure arbitrary speculation as of now, no hard evidence) maybe its indication that the lag spikes are due to server overload (with Milan not having overload because its not playable so no one plays there).

Apparently this was moved to 'Technical Support' despite clearly being something that cant be fixed client side. Going to edit OP to make this clear.

I have both issues (rollback and not being able to open maps). Also I experience crazy latency/rubberbanding (over 20sec). I checked my internet provider site, no issues there. Checked my internet connection, according to Ookla speedtest I have very low latency on the connection.

I wouldn't care about a little lag, if I were just leveling a char (I always play in softcore), but over 90, dying can mean a lot of progress lost due to lag.

Please look into the server issues (tried Frankfurt, Milan, Amsterdam, London).
All have the same problem, they are shown as the lowest latency ones for me, but in fact the game is unplayable at this point.

Yeah, this isn’t something GGG can fix on the server or client side. The routing problems are happening inside the EU, and they’re entirely outside GGG’s control. You’ll need to contact your provider or try a VPN, because the issue sits with the network path itself, not anything GGG can influence.

Did you actually read the thread? If yes: Care to explain how rollbacks are caused by "routing problems" with the client?

This is a server failure. Your connection is not at fault here.

Its possible to have good connection to some sites and bad ones to others.

That latency on the login screen can be very misleading. They should do a proper test which behaves more like actual gameplay there.
