false banned due to vpn change

says my ip has been banned after i switched to a different vpn, i have only one ssf character there should be no way for me to get involved in rmt actions. do i need to provide more information or just wait for my queue?

I have used vpn with both poe1 and poe2. You didn't get banned for use of vpn. When I switch on vpn, I just get the "hey, you logging in from a new location, check your email.."
