How do I change the language server for the game chat channel?

I'm currently studying in a new country and want to communicate with players who speak the same language. However, even after changing servers, the language server in the chat channel is still my native language. How can I change this?

Open Option, go to the UI tab, the second drop down will let you change the chat language.
