crashing or spam alt tabing or losing focus when spaming left click

hello so i didnt change any settings or whatever, since 12 hours ago my game suddenly alt tab real quick or just lose focus to the game. and it doesnt have to do with discord overlays or any overlays cus it was working fine since 3.27 started. but i also tried disbling it today when i see its the spamming or just slow clicks of left click that makes me alt tab so fast or maybe lose focus in the window. it doesnt affect any game tried it on other game it works just fine. its just for POE1 and POE2 any fix?

If you are running borderless window, then tick "confine mouse cursor to game window" in the game settings.
