Perfect hulking Miscreation doesn't seem to be affecting holy relics

Holy relics are considered constructs but don't seem to be receiving the 100% dmg buff from the hulking miscreation. Eyeballing damage I can't tell that it's working and it's definitely missing the red outline that other constructs receive that have the buff active.
