Visual flask bug

When spam using Enkindling orb, while flask equipped in slot with any flask mtx (no need to be for this flask specific) its creating phantom copies of other flasks that "linked" to bugged flask (img2)

for full reference i use vulkan
i have mageblood
i have Energising bolt flask effect on 4 slot (And bismuth flask in it)
croaking utility flask on 5th slot (quicksilver in this)

while i was spam click my bismuth flask have this effect,


i recreated this once, with flask in 2nd slot where i have Impenetrable olroth's resolve, but while i tried on 3rd slot where no mtx, i cannot


also tried recreate this another time, but i cannot, maybe its rare occurrence with like 2 mods happen to be one after one

after picking flask and put it back "phantom's" disappear, idk what will happen if u will close inventory
