URGENT ACCOUNT LOCKED

Dear Team

I'm creating this new thread again due as I haven't received any responded from the team regarding my friend account is being locked

he send the request to verify the account since 04/05 and now its already DEC he missed around 2 leagues so far and couldn't join us

he also reach-out to the support e-mail grind support but no respond back from the team at all

I do have the evidence here with me but my forum got deleted due to sensitive information please guide me how I can help my friend's account unlock so that he could play the upcoming new league in DEC with us tq a bunch

HI Toby as I said earlier, my friend have send an e-mail to support@grindinggear.com multiple times but there is no responded at all for months! that's why I created a forum here asking for urgent support

please help I also send a direct DM to WarrenT but no responded so far

Is it possible to escalate this issue to elsewhere or where is the direct contact that can assist this issue properly?

if its keep like this I think my friend will sure missed to play the upcoming league for sure

my friend stream's account got hacked and he changed the e-mail to his new e-mail address and urgently reach-out to POE support to secure his account that's why its got locked

however he using his new e-mail address linked with the steam when he got his account back and I think this is the reason why no respond from upport@grindinggear.com could it be due to history or record info is not match?

is there any way to provide such info to verify his account I can share his personal info and so on he also tried to log-in and post the forum here but couldn't as it shows that his account being locked

Thanks a bunch, I have asked my friends to send the e-mail to the support team with the e-mail linked with steam and POE account

may I know how long would it takes for the support team to get back?
