I can’t access the game.

Hello, I’m contacting support because with the new season coming up, I wanted to play again. However, after trying to log into my account—the one linked to my Steam purchase—it tells me that I don’t have access to the game. I also have an email confirming that I redeemed it on my Steam account last year, and I’m logged in with that same account. On the website, it also doesn’t show that I have access to the game.

I’m attaching an image as proof that the game is indeed on my Steam account, even though it later says I can’t play.
