Proposal to fix ground loot

Make rare items drop with a maximum of 4 affixes.

Pros:
- Easier to evaluate them while mapping.
- Open affixes enable MUCH MUCH MUCH cheaper crafting, to compensate for the loss of the Homo-Omen.
- A cleaner overall looting experience.

Cons:
- Lowered potential for near-perfect items dropping on the ground, but how often does that really happen? I'm well over 1k hours in the game and have yet to see an instance of this occurring.


Alternative:
- Make Sinistral/Dextral Annulment omens lower rarity, I would say on par with the now removed homo-omen.
