Where is shield from Kalguuran's Pack?

I bought this pack specifically for this shield and it's nowhere to be found.

Thanks, it actually works, but it's a shame you can't use a weapon and shield skin at the same time.

You can use a weapon skin and a shield skin at the same time (or 2 weapon skins if dual wielding), but you need to purchase more than one copy of an MTX to apply it to more than one item at a time.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

There's no special exemption for those.

Hi all! I was just about to buy the Kalguuran Seafarer Supporter Pack for Path of Exile 2 but I am not sure if this pack includes the Shield with the Gold-winged skeleton as shown on the character in the shop. That would be the only reason I would want to buy this pack. I like the shield. It's awesome looking. If anyone at GGG can confirm this that would be great. Also, if I buy any cosmetics or supporter packs for Path of Exile 1 and 2 can I use them on both or are the supporter packs for PoE1 and 2 seperate or account wide across all characters? Suggestion for PoE1 and 2: I would also like to suggest to GGG to allow all cosmetics for all characters to be equiped regardless if it's equipped on another character. Although this is minor, it is rather annoying to have to logout and unequip cosmetics to put on the character I'm playing on. It just makes no sense since it can be used by all characters. Just something I think would be a good quality of life feature for players in the game. Also, any plans on having new and better looking Shield, Weapons and Wing skins anytime soon? It's a shame there are so few choice because the current list of skins are simply not good or appealing at all for Path of Exile 2. I hope some good looking skins become available soon. Happy to keep giving my support to an overall solid, fun and entertaining game - (PoE1 and PoE2). Anyway, if someone at GGG can confirm if the Shield displayed on the character in the shop for the Kalguuran Seafarer Supporter Pack in PoE2 is included in the pack I would sincerely appreciate it.
