Corrupting Essence monster disappears without dropping loot on kill

For context I've been farming corrupted essences all day, and this bug has consistently appeared during the day, sometimes twice on the same map.
I use "ashenat's gentle touch" and "the eternal struggle" with searing exarch dominant. I noticed it appear more when the corrupted essence monster is a shield crab.
I checked my loot filter and disabled it and re-enabled it multiple times, but the essences are just not there

Has been bugged for several leagues now. Explode source (from Asenath) seems to be a common denominator as well. No word from GGG yet for a fix.

My only suggestion is try to find alternative gloves to farm essences with, or a different farming strat if losing essences is an issue. Because this is one of those I will be very surprised if fixed next league.
