Possible Memory Leek Sense most recent patch?

Not sure whats causing the issues but sense patch my memory usage has been higher then normal. Keep in mind i only have 16gb.

It would normally sit at 10-11gb but without even going into maps on first boot its at 13gb then sitting in my hideout for a little bit its now at 14gb.

Things that i have tried.

-Clearing all caches.

-Testing Vulkan, Dx12 and Dx11.

-Clearing DX shader cache with Disc cleanup

-Pack checks

-Restarting pc and doing dism restore health and chdsk/sfc etc

-setting nvidia shader cache to unlimited

So not sure what else i can do here i think there is a issue :'(

The only thing i have not tried is reinstalling the game.

got the same issue, last leagues its been around 4-6gb ram (i got 32gb) and now it shoots up to 8.5gb as soon as i launch the game. and after a few hours the ram usage stays the same maybe slightly higher but the usage % is at 80-90% (i got nothing else running but discord.
