Crashes when loading into area

I ran into an issue where loading into karui shores crashes my game completely, fully closing it. I have just finished acts, and can not continue the game, as it will not let me in.
I have tried all renderer options, i have tried setting settings as low as i can, turning off sound, tried launch options (-gc 2). Nothing seems to help, and it is a shame if i can not play any more this league! I had the same issue with the karui fortress, and was only able to bypass it with help of a friend killing the boss just as i loaded in (on their screen), before i crashed.

I'm unable to do any /bug commands, as i'm unable to even fully load in, which means i can not access chat. I can not do the ctrl+enter in character selection, as it takes me to karui shores, and crashes.

I feel like i've tried everything i can. I do not think it's a hardware issue, as everything else seems to work fine. It's only PoE that seems to be crashing.
