So if i understand correctly 0.4 will still be FOMO rarity affix search on items?

I think most people would like if rarity didnt affect currency and was baked into difficulty. If it affects currency then always 2 weeks after league start the inflation starts and doesnt stop

Thankfully they've said they will eventually remove it. Can't come any sooner tbh.

Inflation starts, because Divines are useless in a crafting process and there is no sink for it, which doesn't explain at all why it is still main currency in the end-game. The lack of scouring orbs and crafting bench that would allow you to re-craft/add mods in a deterministic way would solve all the inflation and problems with crafting and to be fair they will add it eventually, I just do not see any other option.
Even adding prefixes/suffixes cannot be changed behind a boss fight with a Divine cost would be good enough with an ability to itemize that as an orb would be fantastic and open-up some crafting/farming doors.
