Game crashes when navigating Graphics options (PC w/Controller)

Sometime between Patch 3.27.0d and 3.27.0e the game will hard crash when navigating graphics options using a controller (xbox) on PC. The crash generally happens once I reach FPS options or just after. If I swap input to KBM this issue does not occur, though if a controller is still connected to the PC the menu sliders are not adjustable, not locked but when adjusted right or left the slider defaults back to max setting once the mouse button is released.
