I absolutely love Rhoa, it is my favorite thing in POE2. Zooming around strafing and blasting feels great!

Absolutely overpowered / mandatory skill needs a design change for sure. Either enable mounts for everyone or ROA needa like a daze from World of Warcraft if you get hit, you get demounted and -50% Movement speed for 5 seconds |

Rhoa should be available for every ranged class. I would love to play rhoa sorc. Why locking it for dexterity only?
