Stash tab upgrade, Premium to Merchant's

Hi,
I am in Standard league.
Faustus is in my Hideout. (As I remember, he suddenly appeared there.)
I have (had) many Premium stashtabs. (They are old enough.)
On the website (pathofexile) I have found the "Merchant's Tab Upgrade" page.
I have started "converting" my Premium tabs to Merchant's tabs.
I clicked on an "Upgrade to Merchant's Tab" button (in a row, in the browser).
At Faustus ("Manage Shop"), a new tab appeared, with some sequence number.
I moved some items to that new merchant's-tab, edited the tab title and color (and position, with dragging).
Then, clicked on another "Upgrade to Merchant's Tab" button; at Faustus a new tab appeared, I have filled that tab too with items, and gave it a title and color and dragged that tab in appropriate position.
After a while I noticed a strange thing: when a new tab appears at Faustus, then some previous tab-renaming and (position-) movings were undone. (Probably the last one.)
So I had to repeat: again rename and move into position some tabs.
The web site and the game (the state of Merchant's tabs) are not in synchron?..
