Stutter after update

Hello there,

i've acyclone build, it stutter on Predicitive network mode, and i' was going to delete build from the shitty stutter during mapping it make me die...

i've searched and searched and searched and knew about (lockstep) mode which itself is bad way to run the game and makes it alittle bit laggy, but cyclone doesnt stutter with it i said okai i'll play with lockstep...

rightnow after batch the game statter like shitty like my internet connection isnt stable kinda of stutter i' mean i'm in my hideout flasks that's on my mageblood stutter around me !!!!!!!!!

does any one experience this type of stutter???
i've returned back to predictive which alittle bit of stutter gone but still it stutter both cyclone and game

please fix this please this makes gaming horrible for me
