South africa server problem

Hi i'm having several disconnection since 3 or 4 weeks.
Got 40 ms and be disconnected (ping is going over 40000 and disconect), it happens a lot. Is there any issue with South africa servers ? Thx Last bumped on Dec 4, 2025, 2:07:36 PM

If you post the log, myself or one of the others can explain it.
It may or may not be an issue with packet loss. I can't comment on a log I haven't seen. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
