doedre's cesspool valve/pause

it is not something that change lives or reduce de quality of the game but just for GGG knows I just happen to activate de valve against doedre act 8, doedre goes over the chauldron, pressed pause to do something else and when I went back, after like 20-30 secondes ish, unpaused, the valve was already ready, the cooldown was bypassed or it keep coolingdown while the game was in pause.

It didnt had much impact on the game but if the same thing can happen on other activable things in the game maybe some content can be abuse or idk
