Level 68 Aspirants' Trial Izaro Not dropping Unique

Upon killing Izaro at the end of level 68 Merciless Labyrinth Aspirants' Trial and having obtained the Mysterious Dark Shrine "Izaro will drop an additional unique item when defeated in the final encounter" the unique item is not dropping. All the other Dark Shrines work as intended.
I have run this Labyrinth countless times and whenever I have this buff, Izaro never drops a unique item. I know it's a small issue, but I thought I would pass it along. I took a screen shot, but I see no place to add it to this message. Last bumped on Dec 7, 2025, 10:19:58 PM

An additional unique doesn’t mean a unique, it means IF he drops one that he will drop two instead.
