Locked account, new location every day

Hi, is there a way to remove this lockout i get everyday suddenly, never had this before. not sure what caused this now. i have not changed my ISP either

If you contact Support directly, they can disable that for you.

(Expect a fairly in-depth attempt at verifying you're the legitimate account owner first.)

I would just make the point that this is one of very few forms of account security for Path of Exile accounts - and due to GGG not stepping in to restore any items lost due to account compromise, while it's your account & your decision - you might end up regretting it.

It's a shame GGG can't expand the location protection beyond a simple on/off switch.

Cases like what OP is describing likely mean that their ISP is giving a new IP daily, and the geolocation database GGG is using is putting them in different locations or belonging to different providers.

Being able to widen the location tolerance slightly so that Townsville and Nextdoorsville both passed or remembering multiple locations/ISPs (would also cover Townsville and Acrossthecountryville (an error/out of date value in the location DB) or IspA and IspB (when the DB says one IP belongs to a different provider) would resolve a lot of friction cases without opening the user up to having their account stolen by people anywhere on the planet.
