"Your Account Does Not Have Early Access to Path of Exile 2" Issue

I purchased and activated my PoE2 Early Access key back in March, connected my Xbox account, and played through the game a little, before dropping it for whatever reason.
I have now come back to play it on the same account, and same console, and yet the game is claiming that I do not have early access. Any ideas of how to remedy this? Last bumped on Dec 1, 2025, 10:06:26 AM
