Can you first please try unlinking your Path of Exile account from Twitch from the Manage Account page and then relinking to Twitch? You can access the Manage Account page here.
You can also try opening your Twitch settings on our website which may initiate a refresh of your drop entitlements. You can find this here. If this doesn't help please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so that we can look into things further with you! | |

fyi it is usually fixed simply by visiting the link the previous guy mentioned at: www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch
it's a bit less annoying than having to relink your account. vaal or no balls
