Squire not working - no support gems from it

Hi everyone,

I have this problem stated in the title. Squire isn't working on my character this league. The skills I try to use in the main hand don't get supported by gems in my Squire. GGG support offered no help there. My last resort is the forum.

Here's the picture of the character where you can see the skill icon of my Ball Lightning of Orbiting and there's the extra 3 supports missing.

This is what I also wrote to the GGG-Support:
"I contact you in the matter of what is very likely a bug in one of my characters. In any instance with any set of any weapon+Squire+any skill socketed in main hand, the Squire won't ever make the gems in it support my main hand skill. The gems in the Squire never support the skill in my main hand. I tried different instances, different weapons, different support gems. Nothing I tried helped, and unlike my old characters, the icons of the support gems socketed in Squire don't show up on the skill gem icon. I just see the gems socketed in the weapon (2 support gems) and I found this out when I got to harder content (tier 17 maps, Sirus, maven invitations with 70% quantity) and missing 60% of damage is obvious to me.
