lost two maps to sever go down in 1m

i was doing ravaged blighted maps and idk what happed i got to the character select screen and when i selected my character and got to my hideout all my portals were gone i used only one ididnt know what to do so i opened new one didnt want to waste time once i opened the ravaged blighted map ididnt even use any portal again i got logout to character select screan same thing when i got to my hideout the map and the portal gone that happened in less then 2m i lost two jessed maps almost 2d on every one from anoints

IAM NOW AFRAID TO DO MORE BECOUSE I KNOW WILL NEVER GET THOSE MAPS BACK OR ANYMORE MAPS ILOSS IF SOMTHING LIKE THAT HAPPEND AGAIN
