passive tree bug

I switched my Militant faith(while having a keystone allocated) with prismatic jewel light of meaning, while having no regret points , and i literally lost 1 passive skill point and didnt get it refunded or any messages appears. just -1 passive skill point

Use /passives chat command to see how many points you should have. Then count your points in the tree. I'm sure you have all your points.
