Disconnection + rollback

This 3.27 been experiencing disconnections and lose of curreency last time was today i dropped a foulborn headhunter and a 8 divine jwell and again disconnection and lost both items .The funny thing is all the other things were not rolled back bloodgraph and league orbs can we do something about it is starting to be kinda annoying
