Nightmare of Catarina invincible after summoning two mini-bosses at once

Nightmare of Catarina summoned Ulaman and Amanamu together at 50% health. When she then reached 25% health, she entered an invincible phase, but since all mini-bosses are dead, I have no way of phasing her to be vulnerable again. Please send uber fragments. :)
