Eater of Souls in Valdo’s Rest Core Map Not Phasing (Bug Report ID: 3,706,035,942)

I was running a Valdo’s Rest map (Core) and encountered the boss Eater of Souls. The boss wouldn’t transition phases, which made it stay invulnerable, so I couldn’t kill it. I don’t want to lose my Divines because of this issue.
