Map dropped no loot

I just ran a map that dropped no loot. I made sure item tags were on, and even completely turned off my loot filter. If I dropped an item, it showed up fine, but the map itself, and all the monsters in it, dropped no loot. The only thing that did was two strongboxes.

I didn't see any mods that would affect it, but even after a full clear nothing dropped. Never seen this before, so if there is a mod that does this it's new to me.

Did you run Wildwood in the map? There is an altar that grants a buff in exchange for monsters dropping no loot. And strongboxes must not be classified as a monster for that altar modifier, so they drop loot like normal.

Wait is that a thing? I barely interact with Wildwood so I don't know a lot about it. That's definitely possible. Huh. Maybe not a bug then?
